Parent Letter Regarding Parent Emails

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

To improve communication and provide families with faster access to important information, Pontiac Academy for Excellence is transitioning to online access for PowerSchool and schoolwide forms. 

Moving forward, PowerSchool will be used to share grades, attendance, and other academic updates, while school resources will be primarily sent through email. To ensure that all families receive important information in a timely manner, we are asking all parents/guardians to provide a current email address. 

Please complete the information below and return this form to school no later than Friday, February 13. This will allow us to ensure that your contact information is accurate and that you are successfully connected to our online systems. 

All information to access PowerSchool will be shared once the online systems are updated with current contact information.
