I believe that one of the most important gifts that we can give children is an education that will prepare them for the challenges that they will face in their future. Reading skills are an essential component in their education. I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to work with the students at Pontiac Academy for Excellence to assist them in developing a passion for reading and to help them become proficient readers.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons, two dogs and two cats.
