Pontiac Academy for Excellence is a K-12 charter school located in downtown Pontiac. We strive to provide a quality education for inner-city children and their families. PAE offers a variety of support services from reading and math recovery to special needs education, as well as a variety of extra curricular activities.
PAE opened its doors in the fall of 2000. Our enrollment has steadily grown and is now up to 1,100 students. We are recognized by the Michigan Association of Public School Academies as one of the most progressive charter schools in the state of Michigan.
Elementary Program (K-5)
